How this board is judged
S means hire this when that job is the bottleneck. The manager and fishermen are lower because they are expensive or irrelevant in the first sessions, not because they are weak later. Training still stops on levels 3, 5, 7, and 10.
S tier
Player decision Buy the cook when you are still making every dish. If you already bought a waiter and the stove is idle only because you are the cook, this is still the next hire.
Player decision Hire immediately if guests stand at the door or plates sit on the pass. Otherwise hire the cook first.
A tier
Player decision Add one after the cook and waiter keep up. Wash dishes yourself during the first cash grind.
Player decision Hire when plots exist and you are done clicking them yourself. Level 5 is the value buy.
Player decision Level a single rancher to 5 when animal recipes are on. Chase level 10 on that one rancher before you duplicate the role.
B tier
Player decision Buy it after five skills are all earning XP and the floor already runs. Spending this sum early delays the level that unlocks it.
C tier
Player decision Ignore until the restaurant funds the second fishing area. Level 4 is the first breakpoint that matters.
