What is Fisherman?

Fishermen are a separate Manage category from cooks and waiters. Level 4 unlocks deep-pool fishing at a reported 10% chance while a pool is active. Level 5 equips better rods. Level 8 is the gate mentioned for a carbon fiber rod.

How do you get Fisherman?

Hire from Manage, then buy the second fishing expansion for 20M cash if you want sunken crates. The base dock does not drop them.

How do you use Fisherman?

Fish whirlpools and 2x luck portals yourself. Let level 4+ NPCs continue between those windows. A golden rod costs 2,000 diamonds and is the listed AFK rod, not a requirement.

Should every worker go to level 10 immediately?

No. Most bonuses sit on levels 3, 5, 7, and 10, only three staff can train at once, and the worker is away while training. Fill the breakpoints that match your bottleneck first.
